• Engaging in fraudulent tipping behavior or any form of money laundering is strictly prohibited.
• Any use of SuperJamm to conduct unlawful activities, including circumventing platform rules or committing fraud, will lead to account termination and potential legal action.

Fees and Payments

• SuperJamm facilitates payments through third-party providers such as PayPal and Stripe. By using these services, you agree to their respective terms and conditions.
• While SuperJamm does not charge supporters for tipping, creators may be subject to transaction fees based on their payment provider's policies.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring the legitimacy of your tipping activity.
• Any disputes or chargebacks will be handled in accordance with the policies of the respective payment provider (PayPal or Stripe).

Future Payment Options

SuperJamm plans to introduce its own proprietary payment system in the future. By using this system, you agree to be bound by the additional terms that may apply to its usage.

Termination of Service

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if we suspect illegal or inappropriate activity.
• SuperJamm is not liable for any losses incurred due to account suspension or termination.
